Delete your NOW account
You can request deletion of your NOW account and associated data without signing in or reinstalling the app.
Request complete deletion
Send an email from the address associated with your NOW account to support@joinnowapp.com, with the subject Delete my NOW account. State that you want your account and associated data deleted. No reason is required.

- We verify that you own the account. If you no longer have access to its email, tell us and we will discuss another proportionate verification method. Never send your password.
- We remove the account’s sign-in record, profile, uploaded photos, hosted activities, and associated social data, including requests, comments, messages, and memberships, subject to the exceptions below.
- We confirm completion and explain any information that must be retained. We normally respond within one month; if a lawful extension is necessary, we explain it within that period.
Using the in-app button
In NOW, open Settings → Delete Account. The current button removes your profile and linked app records and signs you out. For complete removal of remaining authentication records and uploaded files, also send the request above.
What may remain?
Safety reports and supporting evidence are scheduled for retention for 30 days. Specific records may need to be retained longer for a legal obligation or active safety investigation. Backups and service logs follow separate retention cycles; deletion from the active service does not instantly erase all backup copies. Content another user independently saved is outside our control.
You can also request deletion of particular personal data without closing your entire account. Explain what you want removed in your email. See the Privacy Policy for more about retention and your rights.
