Check that you’re using the email address you registered with. Use “Forgot password” on the sign-in screen, and check your spam folder for the reset email. If you still need help, email support from your account address.
Nearby activities aren’t loading.
Check your connection and location permission in your browser or device settings. Try refreshing. There may simply be no active activities in your area yet.
I want to delete my account or data.
Visit Delete account to request complete deletion without reinstalling or signing into the app.
I need to report someone.
Use the app’s report and block controls, or email support with enough information to identify the account or activity. Read our Community Guidelines. We do not provide emergency response.
Who you’re contacting
NOW is operated by Present Labs in the Netherlands. Privacy requests, general inquiries, and moderation appeals can use the same support address.
Contact emergency services. In the Netherlands and across the EU, call 112. Do not wait for an email reply.
